Some of the goals of a consultancy are to: 

• emphasize student-centered, experiential learning and explore elements and concepts found in a specific work of art
• support the development in students of the Capacities for Imaginative Learning
• enable interdisciplinary connections
• support teachers in lesson plan development
• honor different learning styles of students 

Who Leads LCI’s Consultancies?  

LCI Consultancies are led by workshop leaders (teaching artists and staff) who are specifically trained by LCI in the methodology and philosophy of imaginative learning. 

Planning

Clients work closely with LCI staff to articulate their overarching goals for the consultancy. These goals are shaped by the needs of the specific audience and ways in which LCI’s approach might support those needs. LCI staff create a customized plan for each consultancy.
